Why This Matters
Persons with disabilities continue to face barriers such as inaccessible facilities and information, communication barriers, inadequate reasonable accommodation, and poor coordination of disability-related services.
Our Work in This Area
Disability Health Forum
The Network participates in the Disability Health Forum to raise systemic concerns, represent disability-sector priorities, and advocate for more accessible and coordinated healthcare.
Our wider work may include engagement with government, consultations, research and policy processes, and collaboration with members and partner institutions.
The Network does not provide individual healthcare or case-management services.
