Our Vision
A collaborative disability sector where persons with disabilities and organisations of and for persons with disabilities work together to dismantle inequality in the Western Cape and across South Africa.
Our Mission
Facilitate collaboration between persons with disabilities, and organisations of and for persons with disabilities, and represent the interests of persons with disabilities to Government, civil society, and the corporate sector through networking, advocacy, and lobbying, in order to promote the full inclusion and recognition of the Human Rights of persons with disabilities.

What We Do
Advocacy
We advocate on systemic issues including transport and the built environment, healthcare, education, employment, accessibility, and disability rights.
Directory
Our Directory provides information about organisations and individuals connected to the Network across the Western Cape, with enhanced visibility available to paid-up members.
Policy & Government Engagement
We engage municipal, provincial, and national government and participate in relevant forums, committees, and stakeholder structures.
Sector Collaboration & Member Engagement
We create opportunities for members to connect, exchange information, identify shared concerns, and contribute to collective advocacy.
How the Network Is Governed
The Network is governed by a Board that provides strategic oversight and supports the organisation in fulfilling its mandate.
Board members are elected by members at an Annual General Meeting or may be co-opted in accordance with the Network’s governance processes.
The Network is committed to accountable and transparent governance and to meaningful representation of persons with disabilities within its leadership and decision-making structures.
